Installation & Removal

At Phillips floor company, we understand how important a floor is to a home. We work on both new and existing homes with residential clients, designers, architects, and builders to choose and install a high-quality wood floor that meets the needs and vision of the client. Our installers are also highly experienced in the installation of borders, chevron, herringbone, and custom in-lays.

As part of our installation process and based on the customer's needs, we can also remove existing flooring and prepare the subfloor. We work with many mills and companies throughout the country to work with you in choosing, ordering and delivering the wood flooring for your home.

Dustless Sanding

Whether you are installing a new floor or refinishing an existing floor, we will work with you to ensure that we provide you with a gorgeous finished floor based on your needs, taste, and budget. We pride ourselves on using only the best sanding equipment and materials in our sanding process. We only use dustless sanding equipment to ensure that the job is done right and without leaving a mess. Our sanding process is very detail-oriented and we believe that the small extra steps we take in our sanding process helps to create our customers' dream floors.

Staining & Dyeing

One thing that sets us apart in the flooring industry is our vast knowledge of stains and dyes to customize a floor to create custom, high-quality floors that truly are designed around a client's specific requests. At our showroom, we make appointments with builders, clients, architects and designers to view our many flooring products and samples of custom colors and finishes to help the vision come alive.
